At Fitupstore, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
✔ Unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
✔ Return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔ The product is not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 6).

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2️⃣ Return Approval: Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
3️⃣ Ship the Item: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4️⃣ Inspection & Approval: After receiving the item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days after return approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective item.

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
